Camp Property Sales
The Girls Guides of Canada - Ontario are now in the process of selling several of their camping properties. They are located in regions all across Ontario and will be sold in stages over the next 1-2 years. I am assisting the Girl Guides of Ontario as a consultant in the sale of these properties. There are 13 properties in total being sold with 6 already listed or sold.
Currently, there are two properties recently listed with various local agents. They are located near Point Clark on Lake Huron (Camp Keewaydin) and in Arcona which is west of London on the way to Sarnia (Camp Dahinda).
Values will differ for each property and the sale of all properties will be 'AS IS / WHERE IS'. The Guides make no warranties on any aspect of their properties.
